This Georgia Celebration Blends 1700s History, Faith, Family Fun & a Southern Heritage Market Along the Savannah River. If you love small-town festivals with real history behind them, the Magnolia Grove Festival in Rincon, Georgia is one to put on your October calendar. Held at the New Ebenezer Retreat Center, this two-day event celebrates history, community, faith, family and fun on land tied to the New Ebenezer settlement dating back to 1734.
